Following the cancellation announcement of the Newcrest Orange Challenge 2021, below are some further instructions to make the refund process as smooth as possible.

NEWCREST ORANGE CHALLENGE 2021
Your refund options
Please see the three refund options below, depending on your ride option.
1) Bicycle Network membership + jersey
Transfer your entry fee for a Bicycle Network membership (individual or family) + your official Newcrest Orange Challenge jersey.
70km riders: 12 months membership
100km riders: 18 months membership
170km riders: 24 months membership
2) Refund ride entry + jersey
Get a refund for your entry fee, minus $50 for the cost of your Newcrest Orange Challenge event jersey (valued at $90).
3) Full refund
Obtain a 100% refund for your ride entry (no jersey).

Refund instructions
Follow these instructions to process your refund.
1) Click the button below to access Register Now
CHOOSE REFUND2) Input your personal details
Click ‘Continue as guest’. You will then be prompted to input your name, DOB, email and address details – as if registering for a new event. This is to match to your original entry.
3) Select Rider Group
Select Rider Group 1 if you entered in 2020, or select Rider Group 2 if you entered in 2021.
Note: if an error message occurs, please go back and select the other option.
4) Select your refund option
See specific refund option details above.
You will need to follow the prompts to input your jersey size and bank details, depending on which refund option you’ve selected.
5) Complete transaction
Please note that all options show as $0. This does not reflect your refund amount, rather it shows there is no additional cost.
Your refund with the correct amount will be processed in 4 weeks.
