We’ve developed a set of training plans for all Bicycle Network events that are easy to follow, effective and cater to all distances, no matter your riding goal. The 12 week training plans kick off on Monday 19th June 2023 for Newcrest Orange Challenge and will help dial in your preparation for the big dance. Now is your chance to set your goal and start training!

Training rides

We’ll schedule regular training rides from May – September to help you get event ready. Whether you’re already out riding regularly or you need to dust off the cobwebs after a few months off the bike, there’s plenty of opportunities to train with a group of like-minded riders.
